1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website or engaging Solid Sphere for technical discovery, software development, architecture consulting, or product engineering services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Sprint-Based Engagements & Deliverables

All software projects are executed under mutually agreed sprint statements of work (SOW) specifying milestone deliverables, acceptance criteria, and fixed sprint commitments. Scope changes are managed collaboratively without unapproved billable hours.

3. Intellectual Property Ownership

Unless explicitly agreed otherwise in a master service agreement, our clients retain 100% ownership of all custom software, proprietary algorithms, data models, and Git repositories developed during paid milestone sprints upon payment settlement.

4. Confidentiality & Mutual Non-Disclosure

We execute mutual non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) prior to receiving proprietary source code or confidential business data. Client data remains strictly confidential and is never used to train shared public models.
